Experiential therapy offers non-traditional therapy options. If you love the outdoors, trying new things, and pushing your self past your comfort zones then this modality may be for you. I offer therapy sessions at parks, hiking trails, coffee shops, etc.. Experiential therapy is a modality which allows you to build self-confidence and offers tons of opportunities for self-reflection.

In this group, we learn to be vulnerable, express ourselves authentically, overcome barriers with ourselves and others and connect with others who have similar motivations to become 5% better than the day before. This is a weekly group, meeting for 4 weeks. Come to learn, grow and connect to your most authentic self.
Sometimes there are experiences that arise in our lives that happen too fast and too soon. This can be a lot for our nervous systems to handle leaving us in a state of hyperarousal and fear. When this happens, it can be challenging to concentrate, be present, and receive new information in our lives.
